Education, Training Programs, and Small Business Programs

dcff_logo_redBeginning in 2010, the DC Fashion Foundation, GWFCC's 501(c)3 affiliate, will take over responsibility for managing and implementing education, training, and small business programs. These programs will help aspiring fashion professionals and fashion oriented entrepreneurs by:
  • Conducting periodic training and small business development seminars
  • Creating fashion design curriculum for youth development to be incorporated into schools, community centers, and Parks & Recreation centers
  • Assisting fashion students in their transition from school to career
